One of my Christmas gifts this year was a fantastic Blu-ray documentary chronicling the life of the late, great Randy “Macho Man” Savage. The Macho Man started out his wrestling career in International Championship Wrestling, an outlaw promotion run by his father, Angelo Poffo. This bizarre footage is from 1980, as Savage decides to hold a contest to crown a “Miss Macho Man”, but winds up blowing a gasket when he discovers that his rivals have dressed another wrestler named “Pistol” Pez Whatley in bra and panties and tied him up inside the box which is supposed to reveal Miss Macho Man.
