Honest Boyhood

With the Oscars only days away, I really hope that the Honest Trailers series starts lampooning all of the Best Picture nominees. Here’s an Honest Trailer for Boyhood, and I really couldn’t agree with it more. This movie gets so much mileage out of its gimmick. Don’t get me wrong – the passage of time is used incredibly well – but like this trailer says: if they had shot the same script over a month, nobody would be praising this movie the way they are now.
