Before They Were Stars (2-for-1 Special): Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner on “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

As one final tribute to the recently departed Leonard Nimoy, here’s some footage of the first time he ever crossed paths with his future life mate, William Shatner. Two years before Star Trek was a thing, Nimoy and Shatner both guest-starred on a 1964 episode of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and interacted onscreen for a grand total of ten seconds. This was future history in the making here, folks.
