Before They Were Stars: Zachary Quinto on “Charmed”

As you’ve probably noticed, The Back Row has been posting tributes to the late Leonard Nimoy for the entire past week, so I think it’s about time to pass the torch and do a “Before They Were Stars” feature on his successor, Zachary Quinto. The one acting job from Quinto’s career that he has openly regretted taking is a guest appearance on a 2003 episode of Charmed as an evil warlock with an emo haircut. I’ve never seen an episode of Charmed, but many of the comments on this Youtube clip say this is one of the show’s all-time worst episodes and when you see Zachary Quinto meowing and making a bunch of terrible cat puns (“Looks like curiosity just killed your cat!”), it’s hard to disagree.
