Before They Were Stars: Tatiana Maslany on “2030 CE”

It seems like Tatiana Maslany must be attracted to genre properties, as long before Orphan Black she was one of the stars of 2030 CE: a Canadian TV series from 2002 about a dystopic future where people die around age 30 because of a mysterious syndrome. The series only lasted for two seasons before being cancelled, and co-starred Corey Sevier as Maslany’s brother. Fun fact: the first movie that I ever worked on was only two years after this…and starred none other than Corey Sevier! That’s right, I am one degree of separation away from Tatiana Maslany. Go me.
