One year before Alien turned her into a star, Sigourney Weaver appeared in a film called Madman about a Soviet Jew who is tortured for years in captivity, but who later escapes and plans to seek revenge against the Russians. I actually can’t find many details about this movie online, other than the fact that it also stars F. Murray Abraham, Michael Beck and Alan Feinstein.
