In 2008, the British pop girl group, Girls Aloud, starred in their own reality series, The Passions of Girls Aloud, in which each member of the group got to fulfill one of their lifelong dreams since nothing makes better television than watching rich people who are already successful become even more successful. One member of Girls Aloud wanted to create her own make-up range and the episode featured her testing it out on a group of professional models at a launch party. One of these models just happened to be an unknown, pre-acting career Karen Gillan. I guess it’s probably worth mentioning that seven years later, Karen Gillan is a huge star and Girls Aloud are no more.
