I’m just going to keep posting Ant-Man clips until the movie is released or starts looking awesome to me. Maybe I’m looking too hard for something to complain about since I’m an Edgar Wright fanboy and he departed the project a while back because of creative differences, but all the promotional stuff I’ve seen for Ant-Man so far has been severely lacking in…I dunno, enthusiasm? I mean, listen to Paul Rudd saying “Nice!” in the clip above. There isn’t a hint of joy. He doesn’t even seem impressed with his own work. I’m not going to hold my breath for a great movie here, but don’t mistake that for me not wanting Ant-Man to kick ass. I think this could be a great time. Just give me something to get pumped about!
