An Angel Passes By is a 1997 short film about a recently widowed man who takes his two children on vacation to Scotland and winds up running afoul of an unknown 18-year old James McAvoy, who plays the role of “Local Boy”. McAvoy pops up at the 2:30 mark of this clip as a creeper who tries to take advantage of the teenage daughter.
