But I’m going to go on record right now and state that you will not find a better Daniel Craig performance than his brief turn as a castle guard in the pilot episode of the 1992 British TV series, Covington Cross. Just look at the acting talent on display when he shouts out his one line of dialogue: “Open the gate!”.
