Later today, our Shouts from the Back Row podcast will be posted about the career of the late, great Robert Loggia, who passed away last week. Of course, Loggia was known for being a character actor and didn’t play many leading roles, but he did manage to garner top billing in a low-budget 1958 B-movie called Cop Hater. And, of course, even though Mr. Loggia was only 28 years old here, he never seemed to look young. As a bonus, Cop Hater is also notable for being the first credited screen role of another renowned character actor, Jerry Orbach, who plays a gang member named “Mumzer”.
