Before They Were Stars: Ben Stiller as a Drummer in a Punk Rock Band

With Zoolander 2 getting released in theatres today, I thought it would be an appropriate time to pull one of Ben Stiller’s most obscure projects out of mothballs. When Stiller was in high school, he and his buddies decided to form a punk rock band called Capital Punishment. In 1982, they even got to release their own studio album titled “Roadkill”. At least two tracks from this very weird album have been released on Youtube and you can hear young Stiller playing the drums in the background.
