Before They Were Stars: 13-Year Old Jason Bateman in “The Fantastic World of D.C. Collins”

Can you envision a time when Gary Coleman was a bigger star than Jason Bateman? Well, in 1984, Coleman starred in a made-for-TV movie called The Fantastic World of D.C. Collins, and Bateman sported a terrible British accent as a douchebag bully with a perfectly douchey-sounding name, Addison Cromwell. If you somehow feel compelled to watch this entire movie, you’ll be treated the surreal sight of Gary Coleman acting out fantasy sequences from the likes of Star Wars, Indiana Jones and… uh, Patton.
