Today would have been the 68th birthday of Isaac Hayes. He has been in a ton of movies, and some of them are some of the best worst movies ever made (for example, Uncle Sam). But I chose him because he was the voice of Chef on “South Park”, and that makes him the epitome of cool. It was perfect casting because one of the greatest things about Isaac Hayes is his voice, so to have him play a character using only his voice is genius. Like James Earl Jones as the voice of Darth Vader. Rest in peace, Mr. Hayes. May Chef live on for years to come!
