This video is actually a scene from the Pet Shop Boys movie “It Couldn’t Happen Here”. The guy in the back of their car is a serial killer hitchhiker they picked up played by Joss Ackland. He does nothing but spout brilliant non-sequiturs during the video. It’s a great tune and a strange video. Can you dig it?
