Xach.com has made this awesome flow chart that shows the longevity and box office returns of all the major movie releases of 2010. You can hover your mouse over any coloured line to see what movie it’s representing, how long that movie was in theatres and how much it made on each weekend! How freaking cool is that?
Man, look at the line for Avatar. It premiered in January and was still making money in May. Talk about a long life in theatres! It pleases me to see the lines for Inception, How To Train Your Dragon, and even Jackass 3D are nice and chunky.
