It’s an indisputable fact that Edgar Wright has made some of the best films of all time. Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World…they’re all just so good that they deserve a spot alongside Citizen Kane and Casablanca in the annals of cinema history. At least, in my mind they do. Which is why I think these Saul Bass-looking movie posters for Edgar Wright’s movies (as well as his TV series Spaced and his Grindhouse mock trailer Don’t!), created by artist Lloyd Stas, are just so terrific. They could be the covers for the official Edgar Wright Criterion Collection! I would pay out the nose for a movie set that included all of these properties with these posters as cover art. Hey, Universal! You hear that? THROUGH THE NOSE!
