Tomorrow (January 14, 2011) is the Critics’ Choice Awards, which I really didn’t care about until I saw this clip. Apparently the cast of Jackass was hired to do four movie parody bits that will be screened during the awards show, and honestly, I might tune in just to see them. I’ve always been curious about whether or not the Jackass guys could successfully pull of other kinds of comedy besides their usual brand of gross-out humour and slapstick, and watching this, I can definitely see the potential for them to make the transition into the realm of spoof. Is anyone else suddenly interested in the Critics’ Choice Awards because of this?
