Willam H. Macy began acting in 1978, but didn’t get his real big break until 1996, with the release of Fargo, which garnered him an Oscar nod. After nearly becoming a household name, he appeared in Ghosts of Mississippi, Air Force One, Boogie Nights, Wag the Dog, Pleasantville, and Mystery Men. He gives a superb performance in Magnolia, was fun to watch in the otherwise horrible Jurassic Park III, and was perfect as the star of The Cooler. Quite frankly, no matter what movie you are watching, if William H. Macy is in it, you will get some entertainment out of it.
