No, no there isn’t. A new gameplay video explaining how the protagonist of Rockstar’s upcoming detective game Cole Phelps ascends the ranks of the LAPD has appeared online and just further reinforces my opinion that this game is going to be, in the words of Vince Nitro, “the chimp’s tits.” Gorgeously styled, beautifully rendered, and acted by real actors that you can actually recognize, I predict that L.A. Noire is going to be a wonderful blend of film and video game. And with a cast that includes Cosgrove from Mad Men (Aaron Staton) and Denethor, Steward of Gondor, (John Noble), how could it not be?
