A new teaser for Batman: Arkham City has appeared, this one focusing on that green menace of Gotham: The Riddler! So, to recap, thus far we’ve been told that the Joker, Two-Face, the Riddler, Hugo Strange and Catwoman will all be playing central roles in Arkham City, which got me to thinking…I wonder what makes Gotham so special as to attract such a high concentration of criminal masterminds. Is there just something in the water? I guess Metropolis has a similar problem, but one would think that after getting busted by the Bat a few times, all the brilliant maniacs would move someplace less, well, superhero-infested.
