Werner Herzog Reads Childrens’ Literature

It’s hard to believe that I’ve linked to, but never posted the meme of Werner Herzog impersonators reading childrens’ books as the famous director. Since it’s his birthday today, I can’t think of any better way to celebrate Herzog than to show the influence he’s had on the world at large, not only as a filmmaker, but also as a person. “His” reading of Where’s Waldo? above is definitely my favourite, but I do love his rendition of Madeline.

There are more videos of “Werner” reading kids’ books under the cut!
