If you blinked, you may have missed the recent theatrical release of a comedy called Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star, which had one of the most painfully unfunny trailers I’ve ever seen and was apparently just as unfunny than it looked, flopping big time at the box office and garnering a rating of 0 % at Rotten Tomatoes. It seems this attempt to turn Nick Swardson into a leading man has failed miserably, so I think I will harken back to the first time I remember seeing him. If you watched Canadian television at any point in the mid-nineties, chances are you will remember him from a series of ads for Barq’s Root Beer. What do you mean Barq’s has bite?
