We give George Lucas a lot of grief here in The Back Row because of all the pointless alterations that he keeps making to his movies, but in a way, the fact that he gave the world this moment, in which a young boy learns the awful truth about Luke Skywalker’s father for the first time, makes it all okay. Well, maybe not okay, but makes up for it a bit. Watching this, don’t you all wish you could relive that dawning moment of realization again? If I were this boy’s father, I’d just be beaming as I recorded this.
On another note, I think we can all agree that this needs to become a meme. What will he be watching this time?
