Before They Were Stars: Kate Beckinsale in an Aerobics Video

This is one “Before They Were Stars” feature where I can honestly say I have no friggin’ idea what the context is. All I know is that it features Kate Beckinsale as a child doing a bunch of stretching exercises in what appears to be an aerobics video. Try as I might, I can’t find out any information about where this footage is from, what year this was filmed, or who the other woman is, but I do know that the young girl is definitely Kate Beckinsale because the other woman refers to her by name and shows photos of her parents, Richard Beckinsale and Judy Loe, who were both famous British actors. Footage doesn’t get any more obscure than this, folks.
