Normally I’d scoff at this kind of trailer – a bit schmaltzy, a bit cutesy, and featuring both awkward and slapstick comedy – but right now I’m so enamored with Nick Stoller and Jason Segel because of their work on The Muppets that I’m willing to give them a pass on pretty much anything. Truthfully, I can’t say I’m giddy with excitement to see this movie, but Stoller and Segel have proven with Forgetting Sarah Marshall that they work well as a team when it comes to romantic comedies, and I like Emily Blunt well enough, so I’ll probably watch this at some point. What do you think?
