The first trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has finally arrived! I think it’s safe to say that this has been one of the most anticipated films of the past decade, and y’know what, against all odds, it looks perfect. So perfect, in fact, that watching this, you’d swear you were watching something filmed back-to-back with the Lord of the Rings film trilogy, so alike is it in visual style. There’s nothing I can say that can do this justice, so just watch it and then watch it again and then watch it a few dozen more times before the release of The Hobbit one year from now. I simply cannot wait to return to Middle Earth, and it looks like there will be plenty of adventure waiting for me!
