Michael Chiklis’ work on The Shield made Vic Mackey into one of the most badass cops in TV history, so it’s only appropriate that in his acting debut, he would be playing a cop… in drag?! In this 1989 episode of Miami Vice, Chiklis plays a corrupt NYPD detective who steals a priceless Madonna statue and tries to escape by disguising himself in a dress and makeup. Vic Mackey in drag is weird enough, but Vic Mackey in drag with a skullet and ponytail combo just borders on the surreal.
