Before They Were Stars: Whitney Houston in a Canada Dry Commercial

As I’m sure you’re well aware, Whitney Houston was found dead at the age of 48 this past weekend. She dealt with a lot of personal struggles throughout her life, but per usual, “Before They Were Stars” loves to harken back to a more innocent time and showcase troubled celebrities when they were young, hungry and willing to do anything to attain success. Whitney was only in her teens when decided to embark on a music career, and here’s a brief clip of her at the age of 19, singing alongside two other vocalists in a Canada Dry commercial.
