Keri Russell began acting at age 15, and was among a select group of cast members on the All-New Mickey Mouse Club who would go on to super-stardom, including Ryan Gosling, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake. The All-New Mickey Mouse Club was Russell’s first television appearance (in 1991), and her first movie appearance was made in 1992 when she appeared in the movie Honey, I Blew Up the Kid. Throughout the rest of the 90s, Russell played roles on numerous popular TV shows including Married with Children, Roar, and the show that made her famous: Felicity. Felicity ran from 1998 until 2003, during which time Russell also appeared in a few movies, such as Eight Days a Week and We Were Soldiers. Following Felicity‘s conclusion, Russell took a brief break from acting, returning to the large and small screens a few years later with credits in films such as Mission: Impossible III, Waitress, Bedtime Stories, Extraordinary Measures, and August Rush, and in TV series such as Alias and Scrubs. Keri Russell turns 36 today.
