Jay Chandrasekhar is a writer, director and actor best known for his work with the hilarious Broken Lizard comedy troupe. Chandrasekhar attended Colgate University in New York, where he was a part of the comedy troupe Charred Goosebeak with the other members of Broken Lizard. Following graduation, the comedy team gained fame with the hit movie Super Troopers, which Chandrasekhar wrote, directed, and starred in. Other movies from the Broken Lizard troupe in which Chandrasekhar was involved include Beerfest, Club Dread, and The Slammin’ Salmon. Outside of Broken Lizard, Chandrasekhar has also done loads of television directing, with directorial credits on shows such as Undeclared, Arrested Development, The Loop, Knight Rider, Community, Chuck, Happy Endings, and Psych.
