Before They Were Stars: Bradley Cooper in “My Little Eye”

Gill and I have recently seen the long-awaited Joss Whedon/Drew Goddard collaboration, The Cabin in the Woods, and we both found it to be the most clever and inventive slasher film of recent memory. However, its premise also reminded me a bit of a low-budget “found footage” horror film from 2002 called My Little Eye, which told the story of five young people living at an isolated house in the woods as part of a web-based reality show funded by a secret “company”. The entire film is shot from the point-of-view of webcams which are spread throughout the house and halfway through the story, a random stranger just happens to stop by to visit. He is played by none other than an unknown Bradley Cooper in one of his earliest roles.
