Before They Were Stars: Rob Van Dam Kisses The Million Dollar Man’s Foot

Yesterday, I showed old footage of current WWE Diva A.J. meeting former WWE Diva Lita at an autograph session when she was only 14 years old, so here’s another example of a future wrestling superstar crossing paths with a famous wrestler during their teen years. In 1987, the hottest heel in all of wrestling was “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, who would bring people into the ring to do demeaning things for money in order to prove that “everybody’s got a price for the Million Dollar Man”. At one show, he called a 16-year old kid named Rob Szatowski into the ring to kiss his foot for a $100 bill. That kid would soon enter the wrestling business and grow up to become “The Whole F’N Show” Rob Van Dam. And, man, knowing what we know now about RVD, he probably bought a lot of weed with that $100!
