How to make someone sound like an idiot

On a recent episode of their Good Mythical Morning video podcast, Rhett and Link explored the prank potential of the Speechjammer – a device which makes it impossible for the victim to speak, as it plays back everything they’re saying on a slight delay. The results are gut-bustingly funny, and I know that I definitely want to try this on my home computer.
