Before They Were Stars: Amy Adams in “Psycho Beach Party”

In spite of her tremendous success and three Academy Award nominations, Amy Adams did not exactly appear in the most dignified projects early in her career. I’ve already showcased the infamous scene in Cruel Intentions 2 where she mentions her aversion to anal sex, so here’s another early role in the 2000 flick, Psycho Beach Party, a big-screen adaptation of an off-Broadway play which spoofs both slasher films and campy 1960s beach party movies. Adams’ big scene consists of having her bikini bottoms stolen, so enjoy the near-nudity on display here.
