Anna Faris has pursued a career in acting since an early age, when she performed in several stageplays in Washington State. When she was 14, she began to appear in television commercials and training videos, and her first film role was in the 1999 movie Lovers Lane. The following year she starred in Scary Movie, which would prove to be her breakout role. Since then, she has acted in films including Scary Movie 2, Scary Movie 3, Scary Movie 4, The Hot Chick, May, Lost in Translation, Waiting, Brokeback Mountain, The House Bunny, Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel, Observe and Report, Yogi Bear, The Dictator, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.
