Before They Were Stars (2-for-1 Special): Charles Bronson and Lee Marvin in “You’re in the Navy Now”

Yesterday, we did a Shouts From the Back Row podcast about revenge movies, and two actors who were prominently mentioned by yours truly were Charles Bronson and Lee Marvin. So what are the odds that both of these actors happened to make their screen debut in the SAME MOVIE?! Yes, believe it or not, these two cinema icons both had bit parts in a 1951 comedy called You’re in the Navy Now. You can see Bronson (still acting under his real name, Charles Buchinsky) in the first clip and Marvin at the 1:26 mark of the second clip.
