English actor Joe Anderson is the son of two actors and began his own acting career in his childhood. His television debut was the 1987 made-for-TV movie Cause celebre, and after finishing his studies, he made his film debut in a small role in the 2004 Christopher Smith movie Creep. Anderson’s big break came in 2007’s Across the Universe, as he not only had a starring role but also sang all of his own songs. The success of Across the Universe lead to roles in such films as The Ruins, The Crazies, The Grey, and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. He has also acted in a repeating role on the TV series The River. Joe Anderson turns 31 today.
