Today, I’m posting three movie trailers, and the quality of the films they advertise will be going from awesome to terrible as I do. We’re starting on the awesome end of the spectrum with this preview for Neill Blomkamp’s much-anticipated follow-up to District 9 called Elysium, which I think looks positively spectacular. Some small part of me is a little worried about Blomkamp returning to the well of future dystopias on only his second outing. But the inclusion of a badass Sharlto Copley with a future-sword and some machine gun-wielding robots is enough to assuage any worry.
Elysium comes out August 9, 2013.
