You know that one of my favourite pieces of footage I’ve ever posted on The Back Row is Arnold Schwarzenegger in the classic bodybuilding documentary, Pumping Iron, describing the sexual thrill he gets from pumping iron gives and how it makes him feel like he’s “cumming day and night”. Well, here is what’s likely the oldest bodybuilding footage of Arnold in existence, as he emerges victorious in a Mr. Muscle competition in Cologne, Germany at the age of 18.
