The improv sketch comedy troupe, The Groundlings, has been the starting point of too many famous comedians to name, but one of them just happened to be Will Ferrell. It was there that Ferrell tested out some of his popular Saturday Night Live material, including his Harry Caray impersonations and the beginning of the Butabi Brothers with fellow Groundlings member Chris Kattan. Anyway, here’s some footage of him from 1994 performing in a sketch about a marching band. The clip was even posted on Youtube by Maggie Baird, the actress alongside Ferrell in this sketch.
