The Lord of the Rings Mythology, Partially and Succinctly Explained

I’m nowhere near Stephen Colbert levels of Lord of the Rings fandom, but I’ve read The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring and seen all the movies, and…well, I still have a lot of questions. Thankfully this video from CGP Grey lays out all of the backstory in a way that is easy to digest, complete with visual aids. And man, I think I knew maybe two of the facts explained here. Damn, Tolkien.
