Jane Lynch is one of those openly gay entertainers who never felt the need to stay in the closet during her entire career. When she was still relatively unknown, Lynch decided to appear in a satirical 15-minute short film called Color Me Gay. The short was presented in the form of an instructional video offering ridiculously unhelpful tips about the best ways to come out of the closet. Lynch pops up at the 11:15 mark as an executive whose homosexuality is revealed to her office in the most awkward way possible.
