Before They Were Stars: Domhnall Gleeson in “Six Shooter”

Another day, another “Before They Were Stars” feature on a Star Wars: The Force Awakens cast member. Domhnall Gleeson is the son of noted actor Brendan Gleeson, so it’s only appropriate that Domhnall’s first film scene featured him being yelled at by his father. Before he made In Bruges with Brendan Gleeson, Martin McDonagh’s directorial debut was the acclaimed 2004 short film, Six Shooter, which took home an Academy Award that year. About nine minutes into the short, Brendan and Domhnall end up crossing paths on a train and get into a heated argument.
