Daredevil surprised everyone by giving us a a gritty superhero series that felt like DC but belonged to the Marvel canon. It was a great time, and now expectations are high for Daredevil‘s second season, teased here with the best kind of teaser – the kind that gets you excited without showing too much. But I’m curious to see how the inclusion of people like the Punisher and Elektra changes the tone of the show. I mean, this is set in the same universe as The Avengers. At some point they’re going to have to acknowledge all the aliens and magic of the MCU, right? And when that happens…will it ruin the tone of Daredevil?
