Charlize Theron was living in Italy when she started her modeling career and that’s where she made what I believe was her very first actng appearance in this 1993 ad for Spot Martini. Interestingly, this is listed as a “banned” commercial on Youtube. At the end of the ad, Charlize gets a thread from her dress caught on the edge of a chair, causing the fabric to unravel and partially expose her ass as she walks away, and I guess this was just too risque for Italian viewers.
